I’m so excited to see the magic we create together!

The meaning behind Furst Shot Photo? It’s a little ode to my maiden name — Furst. As someone who loves a good pun and a touch of wit, a playful spin on my name just felt right. When I started this journey, it was my way of tying my heart and my story into my work.


Now, I’ve met the love of my life and have a new last name, but Furst Shot Photo remains such a special reminder of where it all began — the first chapter of my dream and the roots that started it all.

  • If you want to feel ethereal on your wedding day, you should hire Morgan. She’s genuine, easy-going, hilarious, and very clearly loves the work that she does (everyone can attest to this at our wedding). She’s beyond passionate and has an eye for the big moments (detail work/candids/& portraits). She goes above and beyond in every aspect, and captured our wedding day so perfectly, especially the little moments you might miss/be too busy to see. The film add-on is so unique, the Polaroids were adorable keepsakes that we will treasure forever. And the video clips/content creation, truly she really went above and beyond in every way providing us memories to cherish forever and we are so grateful. We literally smiled ear-to-ear just viewing the sneaks and clips, we can’t wait to see the full gallery!! She’s an incredible artist, book with her and you will have the most stunning wedding photos to look back on for a lifetime, and someone who truly cares about you as a couple, and wants you to have the most amazing memories. We honestly can’t say enough amazing things!!

  • Morgan is truly truly talented!! We could not have asked for a better person to capture our wedding day, from the small to big moments, Morgan got it all! She was very communicative, helpful and gave some wonderful advice for the day :) She made it easy and so comfortable for us. I am SOOOO happy with our photo's, they are everything and more that we could have asked for. We asked her to come to the mountains, and she was so enthusiastic about it.   • Morgan was an absolute gem to work with! Even though she hadn’t been to our venue before, she found perfect photo spots effortlessly. When the weather got too cold, she transitioned to indoor locations without missing a beat. Her kind and accommodating nature made the experience so enjoyable. Before she left the wedding, she surprised us by leaving Polaroids of the day on our table—a thoughtful and personal touch that we absolutely loved! Then, just two days later, we were elated to receive over 100 sneak peek photos. The quality and quick turnaround were beyond our expectations. Morgan’s talent, professionalism, and attention to detail made our day extra special. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

She's very communicative, accomodating and ensured that every photo that we wanted was taken. We got our sneak peaks only a week after our wedding and it all looks perfect!   • Anytime we have a significant life moment, we trust Morgan to capture it! She has such an eye for freezing memories in photos and we cherish our many galleries from her. Morgan has taken our engagement photos, general couples photos, pictures for a special grandparents wedding ceremony, and will be taking our actual wedding photos this summer. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to photograph those genuine feelings and moments. In addition to taking FANTASTIC photos, she is also such a kind and thoughtful human being.
